Time to swap the art!

Hello Lacombe Art Guild members! It is time for another art changeout from our current venues!

We are planning to do this the second week of February, from the 11th to the 13th.

FYI:  Tuesday, February 11th. In order not to keep other staff too late, this will start at 4:00pm, and we can organize and work out of the coffee room at the end of the left hand hallway, like we did at our last changeout. It works best if we remove as much of our old art before organizing the new pieces, and whoever gets there at 4:00pm can get the walls cleared.

Lacombe Memorial Centre: Wednesday, Feb 12th.  We usually start around 4:30, and whoever is there first usually starts removing current pieces and placing them in the hallway north of the washrooms.  Then we can take in new art closer to the hanging area.

Charis Village:  Thursday, Feb 13th.  Changeout the art in the morning, starting when the office opens at 10:00 a.m.  There is a Valentine Social that afternoon starting at 2:00pm, so no rush and the residents would probably love to have a new gallery for Valentine's!
